Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

While we say please allow 48 hours for shipping, we usually ship within 24 hours.  In fact, if an order is placed before midday, we will almost always ship it out the same day.  There are occasionally cirumstances where we can’t ship withint 24 hours, and if this happens, we will endeavour to contact you and let you know.​

Generally our products are all in stock, however, on the rare occasion that we do not have stock of our product, e.g. it has not been updated correctly on the website, we will get in touch to let you know.  We will, with our apologies, offer you an alternative product, or a store credit or refund, whichever you prefer.  ​

Sometimes we take pre-orders on some of our specialty pigments.  When we do this, it will be made very clear on the website, and shipping will take longer, in the order of a week to ten days.​

We try to keep our shipping costs to a minimum and offer a flat postage rate Australia Wide. We generally ship via Australia post or courier, depending on the product and your location and how quickly you need the product.  We also offer Express Post which you can select at checkout.  ​

Please double check your order and your address prior to processing your order.  Once your shipment is in progress, we will not be able to make changes, and we can’t take responsibility for lost mail if the wrong address as been given.  All our orders are shipped with a tracking number, and this number will be emailed to you on shipping. ​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only offer International Shipping to New Zealand, however, you are welcome to contact us regarding a shipping price to your location and we will endeavour to find the best price for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sometimes there is a slight colour variance batches of the same colour.  This is due to the manufacturing process, and unfortunately, out of our control.  If you need an exact match, please consider buying a larger quantity, enough to finish your entire project.  Just Pigments Australia is not responsible for this variance and cannot exchange or refund your product due to slight colour variances.  However, if the colour variance is more than a slight change, or we have supplied the wrong product please contact us.  We will absolutely fix our mistakes and endeavour to resolve the problem in all circumstances. ​

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund.  Samples may not be returned.  If you make a return due to your error, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the shipping cost.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.  if you have opened a product, please do not send it back as we cannot re-sell it.  ​

We want you to be happy with our products so if the colour is not to your liking we are very happy to take it back.  In this case though, you are responsible for the shipping costs.   And please, remember, do not open the product, as we cannot take it back once it has been opened. ​

We do the very best we can to represent the colours of our products accurately.  Photo colours will vary camera to camera and screen to screen and we do the best we can to replicate the colour for you.  We try to describe it accurately, and it can help to read the reviews to see what others thought of the colour.  If you’re not sure, and you’d like aditional photos, or information, please get in touch, we will do our very best to help you.​

You should expect to receive your refund within two (2) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes to process your refund request.
